Terms of Service
These terms form an agreement between you (“Customer”) and Onzira Labs Pvt Ltd for use of GlowRank. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
GlowRank is a local presence management platform: it helps you manage business listings, monitor reviews and local rankings, draft responses and content, and report on visibility.
2. What we explicitly do not promise
We consider this section as important as any other, and we will not sell against it:
- We cannot guarantee rankings on Google or any other platform. Nobody can. Any vendor who guarantees a position is misleading you.
- We cannot prevent Google or the public from suggesting edits to your listing. We detect and alert you to changes; we cannot block them.
- We cannot control what AI answer engines say about your business. We monitor mentions and recommend improvements.
- We cannot remove genuine negative reviews. We help you respond well and can help you flag reviews that violate platform policy.
- Third-party platforms may change or withdraw their APIs at any time, which can affect features outside our control.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use.
- You must have the right to manage any business profile you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use GlowRank to:
- Post fake, incentivised or deceptive reviews, or manipulate review platforms.
- Manage listings for businesses that do not exist or that you are not authorised to represent.
- Reverse engineer the service, or resell API access obtained through it.
- Breach the terms of any connected platform, including the Google Business Profile policies.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, with notice where practical.
5. Plans, billing and taxes
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- Prices are shown exclusive of tax; GST, VAT or equivalent is added at checkout based on your billing country.
- Plan limits (locations, scans, reports, AI generations) are enforced by the service. Exceeding a limit blocks the action; it never generates a surprise charge.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
- Failed payments move the subscription to a past-due state. If unresolved, access drops to the Free plan — your data is not deleted.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, without contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then. See the Refund Policy.
7. Your data
- You own your data. We claim no ownership of your business information, reviews or content.
- We process it to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export a complete copy at any time, including after cancelling, while the account exists.
- We do not lock you in: there is no export fee and no notice period for leaving.
8. AI-generated content
GlowRank drafts replies, posts and report narratives using AI. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published — the product requires explicit human approval and never publishes automatically. AI output can be wrong; treat it as a first draft.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime SLA on self-serve plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost rankings. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment, or if required by law, giving reasonable notice where practical. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
